Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our priority. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You participate in all activities at your own risk
• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme
• You will immediately report any injuries or health concerns to staff
• You will not use our facilities if you have any contagious illness
• You understand the importance of proper warm-up and cool-down procedures

Payment Terms

Membership fees and service charges are subject to the following terms:

• All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
• Failed payments may result in suspension of membership privileges
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice
• Additional charges may apply for premium services

• Automatic Termination: Membership may automatically terminate for non-payment after 30 days

Upon termination, your access to our facilities and services will cease, and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

We reserve the right to suspend or modify our services temporarily for maintenance, repairs, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice when possible and will not be liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from such suspensions.

Governing Law
